What is the most stressful part about working at the company? In all a good outdoor job being ruined due to people cutting corners to achieve an 8 hour job in 4 hours making it impossible to perform safely and professionally. Asked to achieve minimum 25 stops an hour and follow the speed limits wear seat belts and wait at customers houses knocking and ringing them upto three timesand leaving a we missed you card. Customers cheat the system saying parcels are not delivered even when you hand them directly to them in their doorway!.

What is the best part of working at the company? They keep most of there blocks in city's and towns for there own vans. They don't take into consideration of traffic conditions or anything that could possibly hold you up.Īlso the amount of parcels and distance you have to travel, you might aswell go break the law and speed just to get it done on time.Īlso beware majority of your runs will be farm roads which will destroy your car.
I have only ever requested extra money for the work I done when I went over the block time. I got terminated for requesting extra money if I go over my block time as I was told I could, but clearly they don't like that. If that happens don't bother appeal buy they would just reply with there auto messaging that you won't be reinstated. They mention good pay rate in description but once you take out just the fuel cost of your block the pay rate becomes less than the minimum not to mention you have to get extra top insurance and top up your data on your phone and forget about requesting any over time you have done as they will falsely accuse you of requesting extra while not actively delivering and terminate your account.
